ok i haven’t been taking this diet seriously but now it’s time to wake up and smell the coffee (is that the right phrase?). i’m gonna take this seriously now and hopefully i’ll see some good results by the end of the year and make it part of my lifestyle.
the simple rules of esul’s diet
1. do not eat after 6pm
2. no junk food, fast food, sodas, candy, etc
3. exercise at least one hour a day
4. eat 3 healthy small meals a day, and an optional 2 healthy snacks in between
5. drink 2 liters of water everyday
6. no eating out unless i absolutely have to (special occasion, birthday, etc). when eating out i must order something healthy on the menuif esul fails to follow these rules she will be a complete failure & will get fat. plus she won’t be able to wear that freaking awesome fall/winter jacket someone got her at pacsun.
